Super fast service had someone come do a quote last week and today Monday 15th Tom and Lachy were here at 7:30am this morning pulled our old aircon out. Moved new aircon to a new location on Wall and installed everything and gave us a demo and finished before 11am. Great service. Friendly and would highly recommend

This is the second time I have used Warren ward to work on my air con units. I live remotely and that are happy to come and work on my units. Both visits they have arrived in a timely fashion and quietly went about the tasks after listening to what I was after. Polite and efficient I recommend them to anybody.

On Monday Lachlan & Thomas install a new split Air con at my house. Not only was the work top class, but their professionalism also to ensure I was not interrupted as I have several online work meetings that day was truly appreciated.

28/8/25 Today Lachlan came along from Warren Ward air-conditioning to service both our air-conditioning units. He was a very thorough, efficient & pleasant young man who arrived on time & explained some questions we had about our air-conditioners. We would totally recommend Lachlan.

We have been using Warren Ward Air Conditioning Company for many years, 20 plus.....We bought our New Air Con ( the exciting one ) from them and where've had no problem's whatsoever. We have even recommend our family and friends to use there expertise to have there Air Con serviced done. We had our air-conditioning service done this month, as usual everything was as it should be a okay. The staff they use are young man who are courteous, polite and consider your presence.
PS: Always have your Air Con serviced regularly to keep it in good shape.

Connor from WWR was very pleasant and took the time to explain what could be wrong with my air-conditioning system. He thoroughly check it and had it working again within a hour.

Since the first communication its been and absolutely pleasure,there were no hidden costs,young tom the electrician who looked after us,was fantastic, worked hard,we threw a few extra jobs in ,and he gave us ideas, and made our experience very easy,we're erecting a shed soon ,so we will definitely be getting them back,

Hi I wanted to share my recent experience with WWR. Halfway through a very cold winter I decided to put in a split cycle airconditoning system. I chose WWR and frankly I could not be happier!
Fast, efficient and professional in every way. Great value for money. Now I am warm again TG.
However I have to say that the highlight of this process was the 2 young tradesmen who arrived to do the the installation. Tom and Laughlin (I hope that I have spelt that correctly). Polite, respectful and patient. Both of them had an exemplary work ethic which I find rare now. Both very proud of the skill, dedication and focus that they each bought to the job. Quite frankly I was gobsmacked. Tom and Laughlin turned my expectations from good to great.
I recommend WWR to anyone in the market for an aircon system because I know they will not disappoint!

Warren Ward Refrigeration supplied and installed an air-conditioning unit for me. The installers worked efficiently and, at times, in light rain. They were friendly and courteous.

I just had Warren Ward repair a air conditioner. I rang on Friday afternoon, the technician came Monday morning and diagnosed the problem. I was given a quote for replacement parts and labour. They ordered the replacement part and it was repaired Friday that same week. Call out fee and labour charges were fully explained in advance.
Reception staff and technicians all friendly, professional and polite.
Warren Ward has installed 3 air conditioners for me. This was the 1st repair job but it was not one they installed it is a much older unit installed by someone else before I found Warren Ward.
I am completely happy with the quality of the service provided by Warren Ward.
